Return and Refund Policy
For any unopened and undamaged product, simply return it in its original packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. Please be advised that we do not accept allergies as a valid reason for returning opened products.
Please note the following refund policies: (i) products can be returned only if they haven’t been opened, due to possible product tampering conditions that may occur; (ii) we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any fragrance samples, travel sprays and products without plastic wrap or seal, due to possible product tampering conditions that may occur; (iii) the shipping costs for returning item(s) shall be paid by the customer; and (iiii) a standard processing fee of $15 CAD will be applied to all mail-in returns.
